Bakuriani is a popular skiing resort in the Borjomi district of Georgia. It is located on the northern slope of the Trialeti Range, at an elevation of 1,700 meters (5,576 feet) above sea level. The region around Bakuriani is covered by coniferous forests (mainly made up of spruce).

Hotel is opened since January 2007.
The building of the hotel San Maria has four floors. The
first floor - boxes for guest cars, and for
repairing of them if necessary. On the
second floor: a dining room for 32 people, a
kitchen for cooking; administration; common
bathroom, hall and room for support staff.
On second and third floors are 8 rooms with
their bathrooms and television. Among them 2
duplex rooms, 3 suites and 3 doubles. Near
the hotel are restaurant, shop and beer
hall.
